Mente Elements LLC Privacy Policy

Mente Elements company website and product storefront

Version: 2026-08-18

Effective Date: August 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to https://menteelements.com, operated by Mente Elements LLC ("Mente Elements," "we," "us," or "our"). It explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit the Mente Elements website, contact us, or otherwise interact with the storefront. Separate privacy policies may apply to specific products or applications, including TickPoint.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide voluntarily. When you use the contact form or email us, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the content of your communication.

Payment information. The Mente Elements storefront does not directly collect or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. If a Mente Elements product uses a third-party payment processor, payment information is provided to and handled by that processor under its own privacy and security practices.

Technical information. Our website, hosting, platform, infrastructure, and security providers may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device or operating-system information, referring page, access time, security events, and similar logs needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the website. We do not use this technical information for targeted advertising or behavioral profiling.

2. How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries and support requests.
  • Provide product or company information you request.
  • Maintain appropriate business and communication records.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the website.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, misuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with applicable law, legal process, and governmental requests.
  • Communicate material changes to our website, products, services, or policies when appropriate.

We do not use information submitted through a general contact or support channel for promotional marketing unless you separately opt in or otherwise provide consent for that use.

3. Service Providers and Other Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or lease personal information or customer lists to third parties.

We may provide information to service providers that support our business operations, such as website or application platforms, hosting and infrastructure providers, email and communications providers, security providers, data-storage providers, and support vendors. These providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to provide their services, subject to their applicable contractual, privacy, security, and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, protect the rights or property of Mente Elements, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect the safety of users or the public.

4. Privacy Choices and Rights

Mente Elements does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or similar targeted-advertising purposes.

Depending on where you reside and whether an applicable privacy law applies to Mente Elements, you may have rights concerning your personal information, such as rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To submit an applicable privacy request, contact support@menteelements.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information when required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We do not currently use cookies or similar technologies for targeted advertising, cross-site behavioral tracking, or personalized marketing. Our website, platform, hosting, or security providers may use essential cookies, local storage, or similar technologies needed to operate, secure, maintain, or remember functional preferences for the website. If our use of cookies or tracking technologies materially changes, we will update this Policy and any related notices as appropriate.

6. Online Tracking and Do Not Track

Mente Elements does not currently track visitors across unrelated third-party websites for targeted advertising or behavioral profiling. Because the storefront does not engage in that type of cross-site tracking, we do not currently alter our practices in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

7. Security and Security Incidents

We use SSL/TLS and reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No website, network, or method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If we identify a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate and respond in accordance with applicable law. When Florida Statutes section 501.171 applies, required notice to affected Florida individuals is generally provided as expeditiously as practicable and without unreasonable delay, and no later than 30 days after the applicable statutory determination or reason to believe a breach occurred, subject to statutory exceptions and authorized delays. Required regulatory notices will also be made when applicable.

8. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Retention periods are determined based on the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, security and fraud-prevention needs, applicable legal or accounting requirements, dispute-resolution needs, and normal system backup or archival cycles.

You may request deletion of personal information associated with a website inquiry by contacting support@menteelements.com. We may retain certain information when required or permitted by law or when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legitimate business records, or dispute resolution.

9. Children

The Mente Elements storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 has provided personal information to us may contact support@menteelements.com. Product-specific age requirements may be stricter; for example, TickPoint accounts are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

10. Email Communications

We may send email to respond to inquiries, provide support, deliver account or service information, communicate security or legal notices, or otherwise administer a relationship with you.

We do not currently operate a regular promotional email program. If we introduce promotional or marketing email in the future, we will implement an appropriate opt-out method before doing so. Marketing recipients will be able to opt out using the method provided in the message or by contacting support@menteelements.com. Transactional, account, security, legal, or service-related communications may still be sent where appropriate after a marketing opt-out.

11. Third-Party Links

The storefront may contain links to third-party websites or services. Mente Elements does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their independent content, privacy practices, security practices, or terms. Review the applicable third-party policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, data practices, or applicable law. When a change is material, we may provide notice by posting the updated Policy, updating the effective date, or using another reasonable method when appropriate. We review this Policy periodically to keep it aligned with our actual practices.
